Rocky Mountain Fur Con Needs You!

Like all conventions, we rely upon our great volunteers to help us make your convention the best for our everyone! You are all Heroes to us! To volunteer for Rocky Mountain Fur Con, contact our Operations Director prior to the con or go to ConOps once the convention begins. If you know before the con begins that you would like to volunteer, please let us know.

We like to say thank you to our volunteers by offering a reward program. Work 8 hours and earn a free t-shirt. Work 24 hours and earn a free t-shirt AND a free attendee membership for the next year's convention. Setup and breakdown hours count as double-time, including loading and unloading the truck. Just make sure the appropriate Director or event organizer signs your time sheet so you get credit for all your work!

"I worked for the convention last year, but I want to know how many hours."

Contact the Operations Director.

"I have enough hours to get a free attendee membership. How do I register?"

First, register for the convention on the website using Check as the payment method. Send an email to Registration, explaining that you were a volunteer during the last convention. If you worked enough hours, your registration will be processed. Easy-Peachy!

"I'm a strong and able person and want to work convention security. Who do I contact?"

We'd love to have you! Contact Special Operations.

"I want to volunteer for the convention, but I don't have quite enough money to go. Can I get my free membership this year?"

Unfortunately, no. We provide a free membership after 24 hours of work. However, it never hurts to ask. Contact our Operations Director.
