Also, the cost to purchase and store a large number of foam balls would be a bit extreme.
a good idea, and probably fun, but there are reasons that no furry cons have full-contact sports

If you email, please note the hours that you would want to volunteer. And please only email if you're truly prepared to commit to that time. Last year many our volunteers did not show up to do anything.
If you want to volunteer equipment, or to run games, please let me know that as well. We will have at least one operating projector, possibly two. If you want to run a game during those times, also email and let me know. You will get as many blocks as you need for it, however remember that the expected running times of the game room will be 6pm-2am Fri/Sat and 6pm to Midnight Sunday. At that point we have to close.
We are planning at least four tournaments during the game room time, 2 Super Smash Bros tournament, one Touhou tournament, and one Pokemon Battle Revolution tournament. The times are still to be determined, but most likely between 8pm and 10pm.
We also need people to watch the doors. I would like to have at least one person for each shift to watch the doors. Within the rules of the con I will try to keep the volunteers running the game room fed and hydrated during their shift.
Whether you come to the gameroom as a patron or volunteer, we'll have a good time. I learned a few things logistically from last years game room and I'm planning on making it even better.

First time to RMFC
So this will be the first time im traveling out of state for a con XD (thankfuly Im from San Jose so FC's right there) and I'm super excited. I'd love to meet and hang out with some new people.

So yush, a bit about me, Im a huge history buff (historian, I hold a degree in history HURNG), I art sometimes, I'm a writer, I love just chitter chatting about characters and things like that. I used to do musical theatre, so im big into that. Anything really :3 feel free to just walk up to me and say hi.
