RMFC 2012 over :( Kudos to all!!!
We would like to give special thanks to all the RMFC organizers, staff and volunteers for their outstanding work and support on a great and I'm sure a tiring logistics of RMFC 2012. This was Zuri's first con and she loved it thanks to you and all the great people there. Your quick actions and dedicated support made it a fun and rewarding event. Big hugs and look forward to next years con.

2013 RMFC Room share details
I will be attending the 2013 RMFC and will most likely be getting another room with 2 double beds which fits 4 people, if you are like me and plan ahead for this stuff hit me up and we can see what we can work out. So far there will only be 2 spots open in the room because me and my mate will be going together. so if you want to secure your spot now send me a message you can reach me at my email if i don't reply to a post on here. kiokensy@yahoo.com
Here are my rules if you plan to share a room with me i am not trying to be mean just setting some simple rules which i would appreciate you abiding by if you want to share a room with me, I am a really nice guy friendly understanding and always looking to try and help any way i can, do not get the wrong idea about me or think i am a mean person cause i am not i just like to set some rules which is not asking to much. Also i am not an unreasonable guy I understand sometimes life emergencies happen and i always do my best to do what i can but please if something happens try to give me as much advance notice as possible i can only help you if you help me. =^.^=
1. Please be clean, neat and pick up after yourself and try not to make messes or damage the room or anything in it.
2. Please do not take anything from the room because i do not want to have to pay for it since the room will be in my name.
3. Please do not touch or mess with anything that does not belong to you without first asking and obtaining permission from the owner.
4. Please do not charge anything to the room such as food, movies, calls or room service or anything at all unless you pay me in advance for it.
5. Please do not bring anyone into the room with out permission and with out letting any of the other roommates know and if you get permission do not leave them alone because you will be held responsible if anything is stolen or damaged and will be expected to pay for the damages or theft.
6. You must know this and this is the hotels policy not mine and they told me this year that after the first 2 people in the room each additional person is $10.00 extra so if you share the room you will have to pay the extra $10.00 since me and my mate will be the first 2, so whatever your room share charge is for your stay you must remember to have the extra $10.00.
7. On the subject of payments i only accept cash at the time of check in or in advance if you can not show up on the first day, no checks or card or anything else only cash and if you are showing up on the first day of the hotel reservation i expect you to be on time for check in i will not cover your share, also if you can not show up on the first day and have to show up the next day i expect you to send me your share of the money so i can pay your share at the time i check in because again i will not cover your share.
8. I expect you to follow all the hotel and room policies because you are an adult and i will not be responsible for your behavior and will not be liable if you do something that gets you kicked out of the hotel and if you do something like that which gets you kicked out you will not get your money back for the nights you will not be there, also once you pay me for your share of the room costs for your stay the money will be non refundable because we all are paying our share and will not pay you back if you decide you want to drop out early the last minuet, so basically only choose to go and stay if you know you can because we your roommates will not give you money back if you don't stay as long as you said you wanted to at the start cause we are all going with a set amount of money to pay for our share of the room cost for how long we are staying and expect you to do the same so understand that you will not get a refund once you pay me your share and decide to drop out early it will be non refundable.
9. Please be respectful of your other roommates as in if one of them is trying to sleep but your not tired please try to keep the noise down and not to turn on to many lights.
10. Unless our room ends up on the party floor which was mentioned as possibly being done for 2013 RMFC do not make to much noise so we do not get in trouble with the hotel and asked to leave.
11. If you choose to share my room I am going to reserve then you understand that you are agreeing to all these terms and conditions and rules i have set and even if you did not read them by accepting to share a room with me you are agreeing to them and if i did not put something on here that i think of later i will add it so please read this often until the con comes up, i will also like to ask you to sign a paper copy in person at the time of the con check in so i have it for my references.

If I can't finish my head, then I'll be in black goth pants, with purple lining, black tail and since it's fitting for the theme, likely a zombie tee. Also female, and wears glasses
Yay im in blue shorts white/black trival dragon tee and have short cut black hair

Lmao awesome im stuck here at 6 friggin AM cuz I decided to get excited and head up early yay for me, ill be sitting at a black clothed ty able playing magic the gathering should be a pretty big card display cya guys there XD

I've been going for at least 4 years now? I never say hi to anyone. But I'm gonna try and change that. I'm working on my head but not sure if I'll finish in time. So may or may not be in my suit. I'm looking forward to meeting you all.
