So I'd like to ask you folks about the policy regarding fan art. I have a good amount of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic fan art I would like to sell as prints, as well as pokemon art and what not. What I would like to know is, are selling these kosher/legal? last year at RMFC I saw quite a few dealers selling pokemon related pictures so I figured it would be better to ask and make sure than to assume.
Thanks for reading, looking forward to replies!
No response? This is kind of important to make money at your con. Are you all to busy to speak to someone paying money to attend this thing? Is this how you respond to patrons asking for help, with silence?
Someone please answer my question.

No pirated materials are allowed in the Dealers Room, no exceptions. Reproductions of commercial media
such as Pokémon, Disney, Warner Brothers, or any other materials that violate copyright laws will not be
allowed. Parody is exempt, within USA copyright law. All materials must be either owned by the dealer or
approved for sale by the owner. Collaborative works of art must have the approval of the originating artists.
If the printed materials have an ISBN, that’s ideal, but not required
My understanding would be that from what the pdf on dealer room policies states... that you would not be able to sell MLP/pokemon/etc... at the con.
