Nevermind! I solved it.

And to anyone else who has this problem: Go to your profile and click on the "terms" link, accept the terms and it unlocks everything.

There's quite a few bugs on the forums here when it comes to editing, well, ANYTHING on your profile. I can't change my personal info, can't upload a new icon, etc. Nothing on my userpage works at all- it just refreshes the page. Just something to look into

Anyone else have this problem?
