The RMFC 2015 Art Show is now open for registration! To register, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the following information:
  • Artist name
  • Whether you will be shipping art
  • Names of any designated agents (authorized to drop off and pick up art).
  • Names of any co-artists for collaborative works
  • Number of panels or table spaces required, and how many should be in the Adult section.
  • Any other special concerns.

Policies and Fees

We are happy to say that once again there will not be a fee for panels this year; an artist can reserve up to four panels for free. RMFC collects a 10% commission on sales through the auction or otherwise.

We are not allowing reservations of half-panels this year, but artists may request shared panels for collaborative or interrelated pieces. If space is available, we will also accept last-minute submissions at the con up until 2 pm on Saturday.

As usual, use common sense about which pieces are appropriate for the art show at RMFC, and whether or not they should be submitted to the Adult section. If you are uncertain about whether or not a piece is appropriate, please contact us with your questions.

Artist Control Sheet and Bid Tags

Here are the forms for this year:

If you have been directed to a personalized bid sheet by the registration system, disregard that form, as there are bugs in this system that we are still working to resolve. Use only the forms linked from this page.

We require that each artist fill out a control sheet and a bid tag for each of their works, since this is how we keep track of which works belong to whom. You can fill these forms out in Acrobat or most other PDF readers, then print them, which we recommend. If you must use a hand-written form (e.g. for a last-minute submission), make sure to print neatly and legibly.

On the control sheet, please fill out all contact information, the name of each piece that you will have at the show, and mark pieces that are meant for the adult section.

On the bid tags, fill out all information in the top half of the form. If you do not wish to set a minimum bid, write "$0" for the Minimum Bid. If you do not wish to set an after-auction sale price, write "N/A" for the After Sale price. If you do not want to sell a piece at all, remove the bottom half of the tag (from "Bidder Number" down), or write "NFS" in the price fields and we will do so for you.

Currently, the art show registration system requires the purchase of a membership. If you are mailing in art and will not be at the convention, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to specify what kind of space(s) you will need for your art. Submissions must be received by August 1st.

All mail-in submissions should come with an artist control sheet, bid tags, and a check for return shipping. We strongly recommend insurance on the shipping as well (both ways); RMFC is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. See the Art Show Policies PDF for more details.
