I would like to purchase a Guest of Honor dinner ticket but I have special dietary needs. Can you accommodate my request?

How much will single day memberships be?

Single-day prices will be published to this page once pre-registration has closed.

What times will registration be open at con?

Registration hours will be announced shortly before the convention.

I registered online the other day, but I don’t see a charge on my credit card yet. Should I be worried?

Do I need a photo ID?

Yes. All con attendees must show proof of identity with a Date of Birth to pick up their badge. Any con attendee who cannot or will not show proof of age will be given a marked badge that denies access to all adult areas/events of the convention.
Valid proofs of age are government-issued photo IDs (e.g. Drivers License, Military ID, Passport) that list a date of birth. Any other photo ID (e.g. a school/work ID) can be used as a proof of identity for picking up a badge, but the badge may be marked as a minor badge.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept checks or money orders for payment by mail, and Visa, MasterCard, or American Express for credit card payments. Please do not send cash if registering by postal mail. Please use the secure online form for paying by credit card. DO NOT send credit card information by regular email. Checks and money orders should be made out to Rocky Mountain Fur Con.

I sent my registration form and a check, but I haven’t heard anything yet. Did you receive it?

Registrations are automatically confirmed after receipt of payment by email. If you didn’t include a valid email address, we couldn’t send your confirmation. If your email address is different from the one you listed on your registration form, or has changed recently, the email may have bounced. But I don’t have an email. How can I get a confirmation?

If you don’t have an email and wish to receive confirmation via postal mail, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your registration form, and check/money order. We will confirm your registration when it is received and processed.

I can’t remember if I registered or not. How can I find out?

I’ve changed my fan name. How do I get it changed on my badge?

You may log in to our Registration system and make any change you want. Just email Registration requesting the change. Please include your real name as well as the original fan name, since that’s what’s currently in the database. Badge name changes will be accepted only until pre-registration ends. After that time, you’ll have to have your badge reprinted at the registration desk at the convention.

I registered earlier by I want to upgrade to be a Sponsor, Patron, or a Super Patron. What do I need to do?

You may log in to our Registration system to change and purchase the update. Our system will automatically calculate the difference for you. For example, to upgrade from an attending membership to a Patron, the additional payment would be $115 (assuming you originally paid $35 for the attending membership)

I registered early online, but cannot attend. Can I get a refund?

No, but you can transfer your membership to another person, or you can consider your membership a donation to Rocky Mountain Fur Con. To transfer your membership to someone else, please send us a letter or email with you name, fan name, address, and email, along with the real name, fan name, address and email of the person you’re selling or giving your membership to. This letter can be by email or by postal mail. We will send a confirmation to both you and the recipient of your membership. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer alternatives. What ages are permitted to attend? Can I bring my children?

All ages can attend, but this is a large convention and is not specifically geared toward small children. All registered attendees must provide a valid government-issued photo ID when picking up their badges, and those who cannot prove their non-minor status (18+), will have their badges marked as such, and will not be allowed to any adult-only areas. Children between the ages of 0-12 will have free Attending Level membership. Children must be accompanied by a registered adult at all times. I want to go by myself, but I am under 18. What can I do?

Minors, (age 18 or under) will have their badges marked as such and will not be allowed into any adult-only areas If not accompanied by a registered adult, you must print and fill out a Minor Consent form. This form must be signed by a legal guardian and be notarized. You may download the form here.

Do you need any dedicated Gophers or staff?

Always! Please email the Volunteers coordinator if you are curious about volunteering for Rocky Mountain Fur Con, or check out our Volunteers page. Help is needed in all areas, not just Registration. Indicate which areas you are interested in helping out with, and the Volunteers staff will help you get in touch with the appropriate groups.
